Children, teens and adults will be able to get free dental treatment Monday at a business with offices in Mesa and Chandler.

Anyone can stop in for one of four free services at Risas Dental and Braces from 8 a.m. to noon Sept. 3 as part of the annual Labor of Love event on Labor Day.

Risas Dental and Braces has a Chandler office at 125 E. Ray Road and in Mesa at 1928 E. Main St.

“True happiness is accomplished the moment you start giving to others,” Dr. Andrew Lewis. “Labor of Love is a day of happiness to patients and to our staff. “

This will be the seventh consecutive year doctors and staff members at Risas Dental and Braces have donated their time and services for Labor of Love.

“Phoenix was our first home and we love serving patients and partnering with the community year-round,” Dr. Whitney Wright, founding orthodontist at Risas Dental and Braces said.

“Labor Day is a great excuse to open our doors even wider to address the needs of this community,” Wright added.

Activities for children will be provided and music from 104.7 KISS FM and other radio stations will be played. Also, free breakfast will be given to people waiting in line.

Anyone who is in line before 8 a.m. will be guaranteed treatment. Patients do not need to make appointments. The bilingual Risas staff members will also offer braces consultations and schedule follow-up services if needed.

Since the company held its first Labor of Love treatments in 2011, it has donated over $3.5 million in free dental care.
